Brett Rosen, shareholder in the firm's IP section, was a panelist during the "Design Patents" panel during the 2024 Federal Circuit Bar Association Bench & Bar conference. The panel addressed recent changes in law and practice surrounding design patents. The discussion focused, in particular, on the Federal Circuit’s en banc decision in LKQ v. GM regarding the obviousness standard for design patents.
