How Brett Helps Clients
Brett’s primary responsibilities include the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in a variety of technical areas including automotive technology, agriculture, medical devices, fluid treatment systems, optical devices, electronics, and biomechanical devices. A significant part of his practice involves the preparation of clearance, validity, invalidity, infringement and non-infringement opinions.
Brett’s thriving practice has a special emphasis on the automotive industry. All aspects of automotive IP are within his unique expertise, including functional IP (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and software) and design.
