How Bill Helps Clients

Bill is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment group. He has experience defending employers against claims of employment discrimination and violations of federal and state wage and hour laws and the FMLA. He has represented these companies before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.

Bill also has experience with traditional labor law, including union organizing campaigns and unfair labor practice and representation proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. He has also counseled employers on compliance with federal and state workplace laws, provided advice on day-to-day personnel matters, and reviewed and drafted employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.

Outside the Office

Outside the office, Bill enjoys walking and watching sports. A lifelong San Francisco Giants and San Francisco 49ers fan, Bill’s favorite sports include baseball, football, and college basketball.
