William A. Garvin Presents at 2014 American Intellectual Property Law Association Spring Meeting

Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney’s William A. Garvin co-presented “A Deep Dive in Pharma Practice: Citizens’ Petitions, Biosimilars and Second Medical Uses” during the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Spring Meeting that took place May 15-17 in Philadelphia, Pa. The presentation was based off of a paper he co-authored titled, “Delaying Generic Entry: An Updated Empirical Analysis of Citizen Petitions. He is currently working to have the paper published.
