On December 4, 2015, Shareholder William A. Garvin and Associate Tina Hu-Rodgers of the firm’s FDA practice, and Elizabeth Westbrook, Advisor – Government Relations, presented “The Legal Status and Regulation of CBD Products” at the NORML Legal Seminar in Key West, Fla. NORML, the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, works to “move public opinion sufficiently to legalize the responsible use of marijuana by adults, and to serve as an advocate for consumers to assure they have access to high quality marijuana that is safe, convenient and affordable.”
