Who's Who Legal Recognizes Four Attorneys

Tampa, FL - Fowler White Boggs is pleased to announce that four attorneys have been named to the 2012 Who’s Who Legal in Corporate Immigration and Management Labor & Employment. William J. Flynn, III, Jennifer G. Roeper and Joel Stewart were named in the Corporate Immigration category and Cathy J. Beveridge was named in the Management Labor & Employment category. William J. Flynn, III is a member of the Firm's Board of Directors and leader of the Immigration Practice Group. His practice includes a large immigration practice representing foreign nationals and U.S. corporations that employ foreign nationals. He represents clients before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Department of State. Mr. Flynn is Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by The Florida Bar and is AV peer review rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Jennifer G. Roeper is a shareholder in the Immigration Practice Group. Ms. Roeper concentrates her practice in the area of immigration and handles all aspects of immigration law including temporary visa processing, applications for permanent residence and naturalization. She assists corporate clients in maintaining compliance with U.S. immigration laws, and serves as counsel for clients facing deportation from the United States. Ms. Roeper is Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by The Florida Bar and is a frequent speaker on immigration compliance issues.

Joel Stewart is Of Counsel in the Immigration Practice Group. Mr. Stewart practices exclusively in the area of immigration law and is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, French, and Russian. He is Past President of the South Florida Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is a nationally recognized authority on employment-based immigration matters as well as a popular speaker at immigration seminars for national and local bar associations throughout the United States. Mr. Stewart is General Counsel of the Brazilian Consulate in Miami, and represents the Brazilian community throughout Florida, the United States and abroad.

Cathy J. Beveridge is a shareholder in the Employment Practice Group. She has experience in management representation in federal and state discrimination litigation, employee benefits litigation (ERISA),union/management matters, minimum and overtime wage issues, OSHA investigations and general personnel matters. Ms. Beveridge is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by The Florida Bar and is AV peer review rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
