Lloyd Freeman, Buchanan's Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, will be serving as a speaker during the New York City Bar Association's upcoming program, "Who is Left and Who is Left Behind: What Organizations Can Do to Retain Diverse Talent as We Navigate the Pandemic."
This program will discuss the disproportionate impact the pandemic has had on particularly vulnerable communities. Through this panel discussion, the program will provide insight regarding how the pandemic has impacted the way that we work and live. The program will peek behind what has been called the "Great Resignation" to ascertain how the needs and desires of employees have changed or been refined given the pandemic. The program will also discuss how women, parents, and other communities have been impacted and what support can be put in place by employers to retain diverse talent.
