
White Collar Litigation Attorney Barry Slotnick to Present on Gaining Trial Victories at Institute of American and Talmudic Law's CLE Program

On Thursday, April 22, 2010, Barry I. Slotnick — chairman of the New York Litigation Group at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney — will serve as a featured speaker at a CLE program presented by The Institute of American and Talmudic Law.
From 4 to 6 p.m., Slotnick will present "How to Gain Trial Victories," which will provide the five major parts to gaining a trial victory, including 1.) trial preparation; 2.) jury selection; 3.) opening; 4.) cross examination and direct testimony; and, 5.) closing.
Additionally, the program will address the differences between Jewish courts and trials, and American courts and trials.
The program has been approved for CLE credit in New York and Pennsylvania.
