White-Collar Defense and Investigations Attorney Jim Becker to Participate in Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers' Seminar

James M. Becker, a shareholder in the White-Collar Defense and Investigations practice at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Philadelphia office, will participate in the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers' (PACDL) "White Collar Practice" seminar, taking place November 19-20 at the Ritz Carlton in Philadelphia.

On day two of the seminar, Becker will moderate the 4-5 p.m. session, "Brady Issues: Disclosure & Ethical Obligations. In addition to serving as a moderator, Becker is also a course planner for the event.
