How Victor Helps Clients

Victor Silva is an attorney in Buchanan’s Labor, Employment, Benefits and Immigration (LEBI) section.

Victor is a first-generation American born to Brazilian immigrants who witnessed firsthand the intricacies of U.S. immigration law. As a result, he empathizes with each client and is committed to pursuing his clients’ desired outcomes.

While studying at the University of Central Florida, Victor worked as a legal clerk for two years at a local labor and employment law firm. There, he discovered his passion for solving employment-related issues because he believes that one’s work experience is a fundamental aspect of one’s well-being.

Throughout law school at Wake Forest University, Victor competed for his law school’s National Trial Team in three interschool national tournaments and several other intraschool competitions. In his 3L year, he won the annual Cynthia J. Zeliff Mock Trial Competition hosted by Wake Forest University. In his time as a mock trial competitor, Victor gained practical experience advocating for his client’s best interest.

What Clients Can Expect

It can be expected that Victor will provide thorough and attentive representation to every client he works with. He knows there is no substitution for hard work and can be counted on to deliver timely results. Victor aims to help clients navigate the complex fields of employment and immigration law efficiently with a special focus on identifying and eliminating risks, but he is prepared to tenaciously represent his clients in trial and other dispute resolution proceedings.

Outside the Office

Victor enjoys both watching and partaking in athletic endeavors. Notably, he is an aspiring scratch golfer and future Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt.
