How Victor Helps Clients
Victor’s practice areas include commercial litigation and all facets of employment law.
While studying at the University of Central Florida, he worked as a legal clerk for two years at a local labor and employment law firm, helping plaintiffs pursue claims under Title VII, FMLA, and FLSA.
As a law student at Wake Forest University School of Law, Victor served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Richard Dietz at the North Carolina Court of Appeals, where he sharpened his legal research skills and assisted with drafting appellate opinions. He also worked for Buchanan as a summer associate, gaining experience in both employment counseling and litigation defense.
Throughout law school, Victor held multiple leadership positions in student organizations and competed for the National Trial Team in several interschool national tournaments. In his 3L year, he won the annual Cynthia J. Zeliff Mock Trial Competition hosted by Wake Forest University.
