Rajiv Khanna and Robert Glentzer, shareholders in Corporate and Finance, respectively, recently closed a high-yield debt offering for our client, United Gaming LLC, a leading provider of the highest performing amusement machines in Georgia. This transaction enables United Gaming, LLC to, among other things, acquire two competitors, doubling its size overnight to become the second largest gaming company in the State of Georgia, and be poised for future market expansion.
