Sahel Assar, Counsel in the firm's Tax section, will be moderating a presentation for the USA Branch of the International Fiscal Association entitled, “Trends in Transparency: A Potpourri of Issues in the U.S. and Europe.” The group will review current trends in transparency issues relating to international taxation in the U.S. and Europe, including reporting of cryptocurrencies; assessment of reporting on platforms and the gig economy; and potential updates to the Common Reporting Standard.
