Tim Peterson concentrates his practice in pharmaceutical litigation, particularly complex ANDA matters. Tim's experience includes a number of highly technical and scientific issues, such as compound, polymorphic, pharmacokinetic, formulation, therapeutic, and economic aspects of notice letters, contentions, expert reports, expert depositions and trial testimony. Tim is well versed with litigation from fact discovery through post-trial and appellate briefing, with cases representing sole defendants and as a collaborative member of large joint defense groups.
