Jeremiah G. Garvey, a shareholder in Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Corporate Section and Co-Chair of the firm's Securities/SEC practice, will speak on September 27 at the second annual TCOMM event, an interactive conference about new technologies that is attended by small businesses and innovators. Garvey’s presentation will be about Crowdfunding, a recent and growing phenomenon for raising money online.
