Seabrook, shareholder in Buchanan’s Tax section, served as a panelist at the ABA Section of Taxation and Section of Real Property, Trust & Estate Law, Trust & Estate Division 2016 Joint Fall CLE Meeting on September 29 – October 1. Susan’s panel, “Emerging Issues in Insurance Dedicated Funds,” focused on tax implications of new market entrants and insurance dedicated fund offerings, including private placement products and IDFs offered by asset managers.
