She presented “Survey and Analysis of Present and Pending State Drug Transparency Laws.” Linda and co-presenter David Sandoval, Chief Legal Officer at Leadiant Biosciences, discussed how state price transparency laws continue to increase in number, breadth, and enforcement across the country.
