Sue C. Friedberg Moderates ABA CLE on Ethics for Business Lawyers

On Wednesday, Sept. 10, Sue C. Friedberg moderated the ABA CLE titled, "Ethics Basics for Business Lawyers." The 90-minute program was presented live at the 2014 Annual Meeting of the Business Law Section of the ABA and also broadcast as a webinar. Approximately 70 lawyers attended the live program, and 900 lawyers attended via webinar.

The CLE covered what business lawyers should consider when taking on new clients, as well as key topics, including negotiation ethics, client fraud and communication with represented parties. As moderator, Friedberg presented on attorney-client communication in the digital age.
