Stephanie is an associate in Buchanan’s litigation group, specializing in complex commercial litigation and intellectual property matters. 

Stephanie is an experienced litigator who skillfully represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, including commercial disputes based on claims of breach of contract, unfair competition, tortious interference, conversion, breach of fiduciary duties, personal injury, and defamation. Her expertise also encompasses construction-related disputes, including construction defects, lien foreclosure, complex contract claims, and surety litigation. 

As a registered patent attorney, Stephanie has ample experience litigating patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret disputes across various U.S. District Courts. Beyond the courtroom, Stephanie also counsels clients in technology-related transactional matters, including structuring, negotiating, drafting, implementing, and providing strategic legal advice regarding technology licensing, development, consulting, and service agreements. 

Drawing from her diverse background and legal acumen, Stephanie has a unique ability to view legal issues from multiple perspectives, enabling her to anticipate potential challenges and develop robust strategic solutions for her clients.

Outside of the office, Stephanie enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family and her dogs, Teddy and Luna. Stephanie also enjoys volunteering and giving back to the South Florida community as a member of the Junior League of Miami, a volunteer association focused on making significant impact within the areas of food insecurity, homelessness, family violence, child and women’s health, and childhood education.
