How Stephanie Helps Clients
Stephanie is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation section, focusing her practice on business and commercial litigation. She helps clients with a wide variety of complex commercial breach of contract matters, antitrust actions, and misappropriation of trade secrets claims. She defends insurers in a wide range of industries, including aviation, healthcare, professional malpractice, and occupational licensing, and with respect to various coverage types such as commercial general liability, professional liability, health, property, and casualty insurance. Stephanie has experience with the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law and the Sunshine Act and often represents clients in administrative matters before the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Stephanie also has extensive experience practicing eminent domain law.
She has served as a adjunct professor at Widener University Commonwealth School of Law. She also served as an instructor in the Law School Admission Council's Plus Program, which is a program specifically aimed at increasing access to justice for individuals interested in pursing a legal career but who face barriers to entry.
Prior to joining Buchanan, Stephanie interned with a firm in Harrisburg, PA where she focused primarily on civil litigation matters. During law school, Stephanie worked full-time for the Department of Defense while attending classes in the evening. She was Editor-in-Chief of the Widener Commonwealth Law Review and served as an Academic Success Fellow for Contracts and Legal Methods. She also spent time volunteering with Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.

Outside the Office
Stephanie enjoys spending her free time with family and friends. She is a fitness enthusiast and especially enjoys running, cycling, and playing tennis.
