Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Regulations Webinar Series: Session Two

On March 10, we will be hosting the second session of our two-part webinar series covering the recent updates to the Medicare physician self-referral law (Stark Law) and Anti-Kickback Statute. In session two, Bob Ramsey, shareholder and Michelle Brennfleck, of counsel in the firm’s Healthcare section, will discuss the impact of the Stark Law and AKS on value-based arrangements. The discussion will focus on practical application of the new Stark Law exceptions and AKS safe harbors for value-based arrangements and will include commentary regarding CMS-sponsored payment models and Medicare ACOs.
