In articles in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and the Pittsburgh Tribune Review, Shawn N. Gallagher was noted for his representation of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Pirates and Continental Real Estate Cos. These entities have submitted questions about whether the proposal to create the Riverfront Interim Planning Overlay District would slow development on Pittsburgh’s North Shore. Currently, these entities are developing land between PNC Park, the home of the Pirates, and Heinz Field, the home of the Steelers.
