Shareholder Philip L. Hirschhorn to Present about Intellectual Property Considerations in China for the New York City Bar

On May 16, Phillip L. Hirschhorn, patent litigation team leader for Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney’s Intellectual Property Section, will present at “Intellectual Property Considerations in China: Doing Deals & Enforcing Your Rights” for the New York City Bar. Because of China’s growth, foreign investors need to be aware of the intellectual property issues that can arise when doing business in China. Hirschhorn will be a member of a panel that discusses changes in Chinese law and the enforcement of IP rights in China.
