Shareholder Barry I. Slotnick Provides Ezine Articles Tips on How to Avoid High Divorce Fees

Ezine Articles recently published an article describing the high divorce rate in the United States and the high legal fees that often can accompany these types of cases, particularly with couples who have complex or large assets or when couples choose not to use mediation to resolve the dispute.

“The best way to avoid this kind of mess is to utilize prenuptial agreements prior to entering into a marriage,” Barry I. Slotnick, shareholder in Buchanan’s Litigation practice, told the publication. “A prenuptial agreement is needed when two people have a lot of assets and when one person has more assets and wealth than does another.”
