Sean W. Moran Discusses The Effect of the Election on Pa’s Oil & Gas Industry in The Legal Intelligencer

Sean W. Moran, shareholder in Buchanan’s Energy section, was featured in The Legal Intelligencer article titled, “Was Election Boon or Bad Omen for Pa. Oil and Gas Industry?”

Sean W. Moran, the chair of Pittsburgh-based Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's oil and gas practice, was less concerned that the DEP might look to fill a perceived regulatory void left by the EPA, in part because there's limited overlap between the two agencies' jurisdictions. Still, Moran acknowledged that the DEP under Wolf has regulated "at a more granular level and with a lot more of their own judgment and discretion than the prior administration."
