Sam Ibrahim, David Kramer and Bryce Maynard Named to WTR 1000 - World Trademark Review
Sam Ibrahim, David Kramer and Bryce Maynard, shareholders in the firm's Intellectual Property section, have once again been named to World Trademark Review’s WTR 1000, which recognizes the top trademark professionals across the globe.
The Virginia-based Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney have filed thousands of domestic and foreign trademarks and are responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio in excess of 9,000 marks. Offering its patrons an impressive service in the full range of brand protection, from prosecution to district court litigation, Buchanan’s set boasts serious trademark expertise. Practice group co-chair Bassam Ibrahim has handled a wide range of soft IP legal issues for more than 25 years. The other co-chair, Bryce Maynard, balances his own portfolio work with expertise in trademark litigation. Meanwhile, up-and-comer Laura Pitts is a trusted counsellor for prosecution and TTAB enforcement. All three come together to manage the global portfolios of the Seventh Day Adventist church, KAO Corporation, Noosa Yoghurt, and global financial services chain Money Mart, among many others.
Kramer is “highly and enthusiastically recommended” by his service users. “David is practical, very smart and knowledgeable about trademark issues globally. He always puts his clients first by customising his services to our needs. He fully understands our industry and brings fresh, innovative ideas to the table. What I most appreciate is his approachability and willingness to engage in candid, strategy-focused discussions. He is truly a partner in every sense of the word and he and his squad have become an extension of our in-house IP team.”
