Ronald D. Abramson and Brothers Surpass First Obstacle in Redevelopment Plan; Featured in Real Estate Bisnow

Shareholder Ronald D. Abramson and his brothers Jeffrey and Gary have passed one of their obstacles in the redevelopment of The Blairs in Silver Spring, reported the Real Estate edition of Bisnow. The brothers are all principals of The Towers Co., and preliminary and project plans were approved last week by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission. Tower Cos can now move forward with site plan applications for the 3.8M SF redevelopment which will include five acres of public parks (they're still awaiting approval from the National Board of Pic-a-nic Basket Theft) and about 450k SF of commercial space, reported Bisnow.
