Robert T. Harper Honored by University of Pittsburgh School of Law

Robert T. Harper, co-chair of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Health Care Section, was honored with the University of Pittsburgh School of Law's Excellence-in-Teaching Award on May 13, 2011.

Harper is a adjunct professor of law at the university, where he teaches courses in Healthcare Business Transactions, Financing the Healthcare Industry and Business Organizations. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law's Health Law Certificate Program.

The award is given each year by the graduating class, which selects a professor they feel is most deserving. The Student Bar Association oversees the election process.
