Red Flags for the Practitioner: A Healthcare Antitrust Update

Wendelynne J. Newton will be a speaker at this program presented by the Allegheny County Bar Association's Health Law Section. Wendy is the head of the Pittsburgh Litigation Practice and chairs the firm's Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice Group.

This program will flag antitrust issues in the healthcare area for practitioners, including in the merger/acquisition context, with contractual issues and what's prompting non-public investigations, from both the federal and state perspective.
