Rebecca S. Trinkler

Rebecca S. Trinkler focuses her practice on all aspects of condominium law, condominium development, commercial and residential real estate matters and lender transactions. During her legal career, she served as counsel to several condominium developers during the major rise in development of property on Miami Beach.

Rebecca has represented developers of residential communities, including single family homes and townhouses. Her practice also includes representation of developers of condominium conversions. Additionally, Rebecca has experience in the condominium sub-specialty commonly known as "condominium hotels" or "condohotels."

Rebecca's legal services to developers have included involvement with the planning, acquisition and financing of properties, preparation and filing of condominium and planned community documents, preparation of Housing and Urban Development and community association documentation, obtaining governmental approvals and negotiation of contracts and representation at closings related to the conveyance of the improved properties to purchasers. In addition, she has represented condominium and homeowners associations in connection with their general legal matters.

Rebecca practiced real estate law with firms in Aventura and Miami during the seven years prior to joining Buchanan in 1996.
