High-profile ransomware attacks have dominated the headlines this year. Malicious actors deploy ransomware on victim companies to hold sensitive data hostage, often stealing it as well, then demanding millions of dollars to decrypt or not publicly post it. The victim companies not only must withstand the attacks themselves, but also face litigation exposure. This webinar will address ransomware, the class action litigations that stem from the attacks, and recommendations for best practices.
