Princeton Labor and Employment Attorney Caroline Berdzik to Present on Employment Law Issues in Regards to Cancer Victims at YWCA

On May 12, 2009, Caroline J. Berdzik — a shareholder in the Labor and Employment Law Section of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Princeton office — will present "Employment Law: What you need to know as an employee diagnosed with cancer" to the Breast Cancer Resource Center at the Princeton, New Jersey, YWCA.
From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., Berdzik will serve as a guest speaker at the organization's "Networking Night." Topics of the talk will include the Americans with Disabilities Act and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, Privacy Issues, Family Medical Leave Act, New Jersey Family Leave Act and Paid New Jersey Family Leave.
