Prepare for Corporate Transparency Act Reporting

Brian North and Steve Smith, attorneys in the firm's Corporate section, and Jared Johnson and Jennifer Rodriguez, attorneys in the firm's Tax section will be leading a firm-wide CLE presentation on how to prepare for the implementation of the Corporate Transparency Act requirements. Starting January 1, 2024, United States entities and foreign entities registered to do business in the United States will be subject to the beneficial ownership reporting requirements of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), unless they are exempt.
