James Forsyth to Present at Upcoming PBI Seminar on Preparing LLC Documents

On Friday, March 19, 2010, Pittsburgh attorney James W. Forsyth will present at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's seminar on "Preparing LLC Documents," taking place at the Professional Development Conference Center in Pittsburgh. Forsyth is a shareholder in Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Tax Section.
