Philadelphia Shareholder Douglas P. Coopersmith to Teach Contracts Practicum as Adjunct Professor at Villanova Law School

As an adjunct professor at Villanova Law School, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Philadelphia Shareholder Douglas P. Coopersmith will teach a contract law practicum to 1Ls during the upcoming spring semester.

The 5-credit course covers the nature of promissory liability, formation of contracts, mutual assent and consideration, and other standard contracts concepts. The practicum portion of the course offers the students drafting assignments which apply these concepts to real world transactional situations.
