Heather Alleva, associate in the firm's Healthcare section, will deliver a presentation to the Philadelphia Bar Association Health Care Law Committee entitled “State of the States in PA and NJ Right to Try Laws.” Heather will address the fundamentals of the federal and state Right to Try laws and will provide recommendations to healthcare providers and other entities fielding requests for experimental treatment under those laws. She will also discuss how the recent federal legislation may impact state Right to Try laws in the future.
