Philadelphia Bar Association Business Law Section's Health Care Law Committee - Fundamentals in Implementing Telehealth Arrangements

John Washlick, shareholder in the firm's Healthcare section, and Heather Alleva, associate, presented at a CLE - "Fundamentals in Implementing Telehealth Arrangements" hosted by the Philadelphia Bar Association Business Law Section's Health Care Law Committee.

This CLE program addressed some of the fundamentals in implementing telehealth arrangements, including recent developments in reimbursement rules, potential fraud and abuse concerns, as well as other regulatory risks. John and Heather also discussed certain considerations in drafting telehealth-related agreements, including, key contractual provisions, indemnifications and risk mitigation.
