Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Energy Shareholder Shawn N. Gallagher presented at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's Environmental Law Forum 2015 in Harrisburg on April 9. His presentation was on the topic of the local regulation of oil and gas operations. Additionally, with assistance from Buchanan attorneys Megan S. Haines and Brendan P. Lucas, the team authored a chapter for the program titled “Oil and Gas Development & Municipal Zoning and Land Use Regulation.”
