Patents Committee Roundtable

Phil L. Hirschhorn, co-chair of the firm's Patent Litigation Group, will moderate the Patents Commitee Roundtable, sponsored by the New York City Bar.

The program will discuss the impact of recent Federal Circuit and Supreme Court cases on the extent and type of damages which can be recovered in infringement actions. The speakers will also weigh in on the changing role damage experts play in such cases. Specifically, the event will review:
