Michelle Yarbrough Korb, shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate practice, will be a featured speaker at the upcoming Pennsylvania Association of Housing and Redevelopment Agencies (PAHARA) 2021 Spring Conference. Michelle’s session, “Delving into Affordable Housing Development – Process, Decisions & Staffing Expectations” aims to help PA housing authorities navigate the complexities of affordable housing revitalization and development by digging into the process, key decisions to be made, staff expectations, and particularly in the post-COVID investment market, developer negotiations.
At the conference, Michelle will deliver an additional session alongside Paul Mazeski, shareholder in the firm’s Labor & Employment section. The interactive session, ”COVID Q&A” will focus on helping conference attendees successfully move forward in the post-COVID environment by highlighting changes in the employment and development spaces.
