Opportunity Zones: Connecting Capital, Assets & Stakeholders

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act created Opportunity Zones, a significant federal income tax incentive offered exclusively to those who invest in businesses and real estate located in select low income communities. Pittsburgh and Southwestern Pennsylvania have a number of strategically positioned Opportunity Zones that will likely be soon certified by the federal government.
