Daveon Gilchrist, associate in the firm's Labor & Employment section, presented a session to members of the New Jersey Attorney General’s Advocacy Institute entitled, “Recent Developments in Employment Law.” The presentation explored recent developments in employment law with a focus on New Jersey’s newly enacted employment laws, provided insight on how Covid-19 continued to impact the workplace, discussed social unrest and an employer’s right to police employee’s off-duty conduct.
