'Never stop learning': 22 Philadelphia-area executives' advice for aspiring C-suite leaders - Philadelphia Business Journal
Lloyd Freeman, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, was recently featured in the Philadelphia Business Journal as part of his 2024 Corporate Leadership Award recipient selection. Lloyd shared the following piece of advice for aspiring C-suite leaders, "Be accessible and be visible. If you are trying to foster an inclusive environment, employees need to know that their voices matter and that they have a direct channel to you. Whether scheduling a coffee meeting with an associate while I’m visiting one of our offices or simply sending a Teams chat to check in with a business professional or shareholder, I’m intentional about fostering relationships with employees across all levels.”
