In a seminar hosted by the ABA titled “National False Claims Act and Qui Tam,” from June 5-7, Litigation Shareholder Howard Scher will serve as a panelist. Howard’s panel, “Jurors and Jury Selection in an Internet Age: Can you Google your jurors? Are they Googling you?” will discuss various legal and ethical considerations, as well as an emphasis on the use of social media when considering jury selection.
The overall seminar will focus on discovery, evidentiary and trial challenges that are necessary to overcome in a False Claims Act case.
