The meetings will take place on February 3-6, 2013 in Washington, DC and will feature presentations from committees and subcommittees in Water, Energy Research and the Environment, Gas, Clean Coal and Carbon Sequestration, Telecommunications, Education and Research, Consumer Affairs, Utility Marketplace Access, Nuclear Issues, International Relations, Electric Reliability, Consumer Affairs, Critical Infrastructure, Pipeline Safety, Electricity, Law and more. NARUC is a non-profit organization whose members include the governmental agencies that are engaged in the regulation of utilities and carriers in the United States, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
