How Nancy Helps Clients
Nancy has extensive experience on a range of corporate matters, particularly in corporate governance work such as entity formation, maintenance of an entity by preparation of minutes and resolutions, issuance of stock, filing of annual reports or amendments and entity dissolution. She also has experience in corporate transactional work including, offerings, mergers, acquisitions and due diligence. She is responsible for drafting ancillary documents related to such transactions, maintaining electronic data rooms and preparation of closing binders.
Nancy also assists with tax matters such as IRS audit responses, offshore voluntary disclosures, and initial preparation of various tax returns and also has experience with drafting initial probate and trust documents.

Nancy enjoys interacting with clients to ensure their needs are met with a positive attitude and efficient service. She is quick to respond to clients’ questions or concerns.
Outside the Office
Nancy appreciates time with her husband, family and friends. She loves music and art, and enjoys drawing, sketching and painting in her spare time. She has practiced yoga for a number of years. Nancy is an avid reader and is an active member of her neighborhood book club.
