How Meghan Helps Clients
Meghan is focused on a wide range of counseling and litigation services as a member of the firm’s Litigation section. She began her career at Buchanan as a Summer Associate in 2023.
Meghan’s experiences in law school prepared her to be a zealous advocate for her clients throughout all stages of litigation. During law school, she spent a semester externing in the Chambers of the Honorable Mark A. Kearney of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Meghan previously served as a law clerk for a Philadelphia-based insurance defense firm where she gained experience communicating with clients and preparing documents for trial and alternative dispute resolution matters. While at Villanova Law, Meghan served as Chair of the Moot Court Board where she managed expenditures, directed administration of internal and external competitions, and coordinated communication among various stakeholders. During this time, she advanced in several appellate advocacy competitions as a brief writer and oral advocate. Meghan also spent time as a Teaching Assistant for the First-Year Legal Analysis and Writing course, and a Legal Research Assistant for the Law Library.
What Clients Can Expect
Client goals and expectations drive Meghan’s litigation strategy. Recognizing that every client requires individualized needs, she prioritizes collaboration and timely communication throughout the litigation process.
Outside the Office
Meghan enjoys spending time at the Jersey Shore with her family, watching Penn State football and Philadelphia sports with her friends, and spending time at home watching movies with her cat Ernie.
