Marcellus Shale and Brownfields

Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Energy Shareholder Brian J. Clark will serve as moderator and presenter for "Marcellus Shale and Brownfields," a panel discussion held on September 28, 2011 as part of the seventh annual Pennsylvania Brownfields Conference. The conference takes place over two days in Altoona, Pa.

The "Marcellus Shale and Brownfields" panel will examine key development issues and technical concerns, outline the regulatory landscape and identify community impact and opportunities the Marcellus Shale brings to the state. Joining Clark on the panel will be:
