"In-house counsel should remember that when they are selecting a trial lawyer: They are really selecting a trial team, all of whom will play an important role in the courtroom," Craig notes. He explains that the first chair trial attorney can't be successful in court without a strong second chair and paralegal to help provide critical support in and out of the court room.
