Law360 Profiles William J. Flynn and His Immigration Practice

Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Immigration Shareholder William J. Flynn was recently featured in a Law360 article which highlighted his work as an Immigration attorney. The article covers some of the most challenging cases he's ever worked on, aspects of Immigration law that he would like to see reformed and other important issues relevant to his practice.

He tells Law360 that he would love to see H-1B and L-1B reformed. "The H-1B is the visa for foreign professionals who come to take jobs in specialty occupations. There is an artificial annual cap of 65,000, plus another for 20,000 for holders of masters degrees," he says.
