Shaun Staller, Associate in the firm's Immigration section, will co-host a panel discussion, "Advocating for Title VII and Workplace Nondiscrimination," hosted by Lambda Legal and Comcast. The panel will explore coverage of LGBTQ employees under the federal Civil Rights Act and examine different perspectives, including the view of people currently participating in ERGs. It will also explore reasons to advocate for these protections and why it's helpful to businesses and the economy.
